We took Meganne and Mattea along with us to Grabill days on Saturday. The weather was perfect and every one had a wonderful time. We let the girls go on the rides first thing. They had a blast. When we got done there we saw that the sack races were going on and last year we watched them and had a good time so we sat there for a minute. All of the sudden we figured out that anybody could do this and they were calling for 3 to 4 years to come out .Of course Mackenzee jumped at the opportunity and before we knew it Mitchell and her were out there getting ready. In the mean time Mettea( who is one day younger that Mackenzee )wanted to do it but it was to late. Mackenzee did so great. She didn't place first, second,or third but everyone got ribbons so all way well. Next was the 5 to 6 year old group we decided to put Mattea in with Maddison so she did get to do it. They did very well also but didn't place either . Maddison fell right at the end so she was a little upset but got over it quickly. We stayed and watched all the age groups all the way up until the last one which was 19 to 109 : ) We all begged Mitchell to do it and he gave in. Maddison and Mackenzee wanted him to win so bad. To all of our amazement (even Mitchell) he won!!! Oh man the girls were so happy. For some reason I got the pictures out of order when it came to his race but you'll get the point. So now I'm happy to report I'm married to the reigning Grabill day sack race champion of 2008 : ) I'm so proud : ) all in all it was a wonderful day.

THEY ALL LOVED THESE LITTLE RIDES
